I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the breathtaking view from the room was absolutely stunning, the rooms themselves felt a bit shabby and in need of some renovation. The service was fantastic, with staff always willing to help, but I found the location to be a bit tricky without a car. Overall, it offered decent value, but there were definitely some areas that could be improved.

The rooms appeared shabby and worn, needing a bit of a makeover. The shower needed some renovations as well, and housekeeping hadn’t attended to it by the time we arrived at 5 PM. However, the view from the room was amazing.

The service was fantastic. Staff were very helpful and always willing to assist, making sure we had everything we needed to relax. However, I was a bit taken aback by their attempt to book us into a time-share investment presentation right after our long international journey.

The hotel is perched on a cliffside, offering nice views, and while it was alright since I rented a car, it might have been tough to navigate otherwise. It's slightly outside the craziness of Patong, which was great when I wanted a calmer night but still close enough to nightlife.
